Miss Chau Suk Chan and Miss Wei Mo Fong were appointed Assistaut Inspectors of Mui-tsai at a monthly salary of $150 each from October 1931. No provision has been made in the 1931 Estimates and a supplementary vote for $900 is therefore requested.
